You’ll have a dedicated fitness plan that will give you detailed instructions on exactly what you need to do to get the results you want, step-by-step. You will know what to do each day, with a trainer guiding you on proper form. When you start to see results, you’ll be motivated to stay on track!
Nutrition is where the magic happens! Having a clear guide on exactly what you should and shouldn’t eat and a plan for meal prepping will make the biggest difference in your success on this journey. Having your every meal (including snacks) planned for each week means that you won’t be starving to the point where you will stop and grab ANYTHING (even junky fast food). Our challenge group focuses on guiding you through a well-developed meal plan.
A challenge group is a community of people all striving to become better versions of themselves. It’s an empowerment group dedicated to help you achieve your personal goals. In addition to your new friends – women, just like you, who are on their own journey to fitness, you will have access to a motivation and accountability coach. Together, they will pick you up on your bad days and cheer you on as you succeed!
